UMFPL collaborates with community members, businesses, non-profits, and local organizations to offer educational programming for the public, often focused on the five PA Forward literacies: Basic, Information, Civic & Social, Health, and Financial. We want to hear what skills and knowledge YOU would love to share with your community!
Collaborations in the past have included events and programs surrounding gardening, mending and fixing things, painting, household budgeting, historical presentations, travel, hobbies and much more. And of course we are open to trying new things so don’t hesitate to get in touch about how you want to share with your community.
Submissions are considered in line with UMFPL’s event planning deadlines:
- January 1 (events/programs occurring April-June)
- April 1 (events/programs occurring July-September)
- July 1 (events/programs occurring October-December)
- October 1 (events/programs occurring January- March)
