Agenda:

1. Brief Business meeting including:
   Election of Offices & Vote on Bylaws addition
   Draft proposal for an amendment to Section IV of the by-laws:
   Section IV, Article 5
   In the event that there are no nominations for officers in an election for president, vice president, secretary or treasurer, the current officer in the position will serve another one-year term.  If the current officer declines to continue, we will ask for a temporary officer to fill that position until such time as the position is filled.
2. Entertainment & Refreshments:

The Friends of UMFPL is a group of passionate library enthusiasts who donate their time and talents to raise funds to help finance Library services and campaigns, focus public attention on Library needs, and promote public support for the library.
